A fifth generation Mississippian, Andrew Liles AIA has always been intrigued by place and its influence. Liles owns his own architectural practice in New Orleans, Louisiana and is faculty at the School of Architecture at Tulane University. An habitual sketcher and maker, Liles mines content from his context, codifying the language of place, be it a drawbridge or diddley bow, and through both the drawn line and the found object.
